1. Incorporation of personal data into the files of Sofiam Iberica S.L.

2. Purpose of processing
The data collected through the CONTACT form will also be processed for the purpose of contacting the Interested Party to manage the request for information about the company’s products and services.

The data corresponding to your request for information, product sheet, query, contact and demo request will be kept for a maximum period of two years to manage a possible commercial relationship.
The data collected through the Contact form will be kept for a maximum period of two years.
The personal data may also be kept for the time in which any type of liability arising from a legal obligation, the execution of a contract or the application of pre-contractual measures requested by the Interested Party may be required.
